AND OTHER STORIES

"For as long as I’ve known him ( and that is a tremendously long time) David Quantick has been one of the funniest and most original writers  around. He’s tremendous with the unexpected word, the surprising image,  the did-not-see-that-coming ending. All of these are delayed in this  collection of stories, which he  says he wrote to see if he could write.  I suspect he really wrote them because nobody else could. And for this  magnificently funny collection, we must thank him;  plus I suspect he  knows where we are” - Armando Iannucci

“David Quantick is a maestro of all forms” – Rev Richard Coles

NIGHT TRAIN

"I hadn't planned to read all of Night Train in one sitting, but I found myself doing just that. David Quantick's novel sets up a vast mystery and barrels deliriously toward a conclusion you'll never see coming like, I don't know, some kind of railed vehicle that operates in the dark." --David Wong, author of John Dies at the End

"The style, content and characters of this dark, witty and surprisingly moving novel make David Quantick a Kurt Vonnegut for a new generation." --Sarah Pinborough, author of Behind Her Eyes

"Either a stone-cold classic that will last for decades if not centuries, or, at the very worst, the best summer read you'll have this year." --Sublime Horror

ALL MY COLORS

"David Quantick is one of the best kept secrets in the world of writing. He's smart, funny and unique. You should let yourself  in on the secret" - Neil Gaiman

"Really rich, funny, unsettling and just very alive. A brilliant premise executed with total confidence and authority."  -- John Niven, Kill My Friends

"Among the funniest, creepiest, truest books about writing I’ve ever read … it’d be a best-seller in The Twilight Zone, and ought to be in whichever Zone we live in too."  -- Kim Newman, writer of Anno Dracula

RICKY'S HAND

"There are few voices as deranged and sly as this."  -- SF Book.com
